Aliapex Return Policy

Welcome to the official Aliapex Return Policy for Aliapex.

At Aliapex, we want buyers to shop with confidence. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or simply does not meet expectations, eligible orders may qualify for a return, exchange, replacement, or refund in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer laws.

For customers in the European Union (EU) and Germany, Aliapex follows applicable consumer protection and distance-selling requirements, including the 14-day withdrawal/right of cancellation for most online purchases. (EVZ D)

1. Return Eligibility

You may be eligible to return an item if:

  • Item is damaged upon arrival
  • Defective or malfunctioning product
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing accessories or components
  • Product significantly different from description
  • Wrong color, size, or variation sent

Return approval depends on:

2. EU & Germany 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, including Germany, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason. (EVZ D)

Important Notes
  • The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the order.
  • If an order arrives in multiple shipments, the period starts after the last item arrives. (FLEX.)

Exceptions to Withdrawal Rights

The following items may not qualify:

❌ Personalized or custom-made items
❌ Perishable goods
❌ Sealed hygiene products after opening
❌ Digital products after activation/download
❌ Certain legally exempt goods and services

3. Aliapex Extended Return Window

In addition to applicable legal rights, many Aliapex sellers may offer an extended return period of 15–30 days after delivery depending on product category and seller participation.

Products eligible for enhanced returns may display:

“Free Return” or “Easy Return”

on the product page.

4. How to Return an Item
Step 1 – Sign In

Log in to your Aliapex account.

Step 2 – Open Your Order

Go to:

My Orders → View Details

Select the item you want to return.

Step 3 – Select “Return / Refund”

Choose:

Return Item or Refund Request

depending on your situation.

Step 4 – Choose a Reason

Examples:

  • Damaged item
  • Wrong item received
  • Product not as described
  • Missing parts
  • No longer needed
  • Size or color issue
Step 5 – Upload Evidence (If Required)

You may be asked for:

  • Photos of the item
  • Packaging images
  • Videos showing defects
  • Shipping label or delivery photos

This helps speed up review and dispute resolution.

Step 6 – Follow Return Instructions

If approved:

  • Download the return label (if available)
  • Pack the item securely
  • Ship the package to the approved return address

Do not return items without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not qualify for refunds.

5. Return Conditions

Returned items should generally be:

  • In reasonable condition
  • Complete with accessories (where applicable)
  • Properly packaged for return

If exchange is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.

9. Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Replacement shipment
  • Return approval

12. Return Abuse Prevention

To maintain a fair marketplace, Aliapex may investigate:

  • Fraudulent return claims
  • Excessive abuse of return programs
  • False item condition reports
  • Suspicious refund activity

Violation of return policies may result in account restrictions.

Please remember:

  • Submit return requests as soon as possible after delivery
  • Keep original packaging whenever possible
