How to Sign Up for Delivery Text Messages

On Website (PC)

Step 1

Sign in to your Aliapex account.

Step 2

Go to:

My Account → Settings → Notifications

Step 3

Select:

SMS Notifications / Delivery Updates

Step 4

Add or verify your phone number.

Step 5

Turn on delivery notifications.

On the Aliapex App

Step 1

Open the app and sign in.

Step 2

Go to:

Account → Settings → Notifications

Step 3

Enable:

Delivery SMS Notifications

You may also enable:

• Shipping updates
• Order reminders
• Delivery alerts

How to Add or Change Your Phone Number

If your phone number is incorrect:

Website

Account → Personal Information → Phone Number

App

Account → Settings → Account Information

Please make sure:

• Country code is correct
• Number is active
• SMS reception is enabled

Incorrect phone numbers may prevent delivery updates.

Why Am I Not Receiving Delivery Text Messages?

Possible reasons include:

Phone Number Not Verified

Please verify your number in account settings.

SMS Notifications Disabled

Enable notifications in your settings.

Carrier Restrictions

Some mobile providers may block automated SMS messages.

International Delivery Limitations

Certain countries or carriers may not support delivery texts.

Wrong Phone Number

Please check your saved shipping phone number.

Will I Receive SMS for Every Order?
